Big or small, all orders ship for a flat rate of $4.95. Please allow about 7-10 days from point of purchase to putting plaything in paws. Fully processed orders leave our shop within 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS priority mail or first class parcel for a total travel time of about 3-4 days. We currently do not offer international shipping.

We are proud to ship our wonderful toys in recycled and recyclable nifty Kraft packaging. 

Items returned to seller by the USPS as non-deliverable will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon request by buyer for reshipment. Go Cat Toys®, LLC is headquartered in the great windy city of Chicago.

We're simply over the moon about our products and we think your cat will be too. In the unlikely event you are not tickled with your purchase, send it back. No questions asked.

All returns must be postmarked within 60 business days of receipt of items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be made via the USPS delivery system or they can not be processed. 

The buyer will be refunded in full in the original form of payment for the items only. Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping charges. In the event the item is delivered damaged through the shipping process, the return will be refunded for both the items and the shipping charges.

P L E A S E  N O T E: Due to safe health standards and sanitation practices, we can not accept returns on any opened or used item. This is for the protection of everyone's furry friend.
